As we continue to grow nationally, we’re now seeking an experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to help shape our people, practice, and delivery excellence.
About the Role
As the ServiceNow Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and supporting our ServiceNow consultants while contributing to high‑quality client delivery. You’ll coach and mentor team members, champion best practice, uplift capability, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture across the practice.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll balance people leadership with billable consulting work, supported by structured time allocation to ensure you can lead effectively. You’ll work closely with practice leadership to align the team to xAmplify’s broader goals and ensure our people are empowered, supported, and set up for success.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor ServiceNow consultants across a range of experience levels.
- Support capability development, including upskilling, career pathways, and performance growth.
- Foster a positive, psychologically safe, and collaborative team culture aligned to xAmplify’s values.
- Guide, influence, and support team members in navigating challenges and achieving success.
- Collaborate with practice and delivery leadership to drive consistency, quality, and team alignment.
- Maintain a balance of leadership duties and hands‑on consulting work.
- Support workforce planning, expectations setting, performance conversations, and team wellbeing.

Experience We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem as a consultant, senior consultant, or technical lead.
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others in a delivery or consulting environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence confidently at all levels.
- Experience fostering team culture, supporting wellbeing, and creating psychologically safe environments.
- Experience with performance discussions, setting expectations, and giving constructive feedback.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with delivery workloads, prioritising effectively.

If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, or the Sunshine Coast you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices, but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects), or from home.
