We’re looking for a full time Space Leader who is passionate about people and community with an immediate start! Our Te Tōangaroa location has been open for six months, making it a great opportunity to help shape the existing community and grow occupancy.
This role could be ideal for someone coming from leadership within hospitality or retail or simply ready for another role that blends people, sales, administration and scope to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Workspace Management
- Lead our Te Tōangaroa space and drive the occupancy and community alongside our Regional Manager
- Respond to sales enquiries, conduct tours and convert leads into memberships
- Proactively problem-solve day-to-day workspace issues
- Ensure the space is presented to a high standard at all times
- Daily set-up and presentation of the space
- Support local marketing initiatives, including Instagram posting & reaching out to local business groups
Member Engagement & Community
- Welcome members and visitors and create a friendly first impression
- Be the “go-to” person for members
- Build relationships with members and deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new members
- Plan and host WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts
- Create and share member communications
- Complete general office and administrative tasks

- Experience in retail or hospitality management, or similar customer facing leadership roles
- Professional, approachable and confident working with a wide range of people
- Adaptable, proactive and hands-on
- Open to supporting other locations in the region if required
- Aligned with WOTSO’s values of community, flexibility and sustainability
- Comfortable working independently with remote support
