We have an opportunity for a Receptioinist to join our close-knit team at WOTSO Pyrmont. This is a hands-on, front-of-house role which is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and likes things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cover reception and be the first friendly face members and guests see
  • Set up the space daily and keep it looking sharp
  • Admin tasks
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Manage meeting room bookings, set-ups and turnarounds in meetings
  • Restock kitchens, fridges and shared areas throughout the day ☕
  • Organise catering for meetings and events
  • Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
  • Support members with day-to-day requests and problem-solving
  • Assist with community events and networking activities
  • Create event posters using Canva and assist with Instagram posting
  • Work closely with the Space Leader to keep everything running smoothly
  • Jump in with errands or extra tasks when needed — no job too small

About You

  • Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service is ideal (but not essential)
  • A natural doer — you see what needs doing and get onto it
  • Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to lots of different people
  • Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
  • Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
