Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in the hospitality and catering industry. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival; provide them with necessary information about the company’s services.
2. Answer incoming phone calls promptly; direct calls or take messages accurately.
3. Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs; process payments efficiently.
4. Maintain cleanliness of reception area; ensure it is tidy at all times.
5. Manage reservations for meeting rooms or event spaces as requested by clients.
6. Receive mail/packages/deliveries and distribute them accordingly within the organization.
7. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally; escalate issues as necessary.
8. Maintain knowledge of current promotions/services offered by the company.
9. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning documents, filing paperwork accurately.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required (additional education preferred).
2. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
3. Strong customer service background with an understanding of providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
4. Proficiency in using computer systems/software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
5 .Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
6. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
8. Flexibility in working shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
