We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in the hospitality and catering industry. The main responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

– Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers

– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

– Maintain up-to-date customer records in our database system

– Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required

– 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role preferred

– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

– Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure

– Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently as required
