Casual Style Consultant – South Wharf

This is a casual role based at South Wharf.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Casual Style Consultants to join our South Wharf team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Style Consultant, you will help customers find the perfect outfit and accessories that suit their individual style preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with finding clothing and accessories that suit their style preferences.
• Provide personalised styling advice based on individual customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service-oriented.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
