About the Role
As a Property Advisor specialising in first home buyers, you will guide clients through every stage of their journey — from initial strategy consultation through to build completion and handover.
This role requires experience in house & land packages and new builds.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting personalised consultations (in-person and via Zoom) to design tailored home ownership strategies.
• Structuring and presenting suitable house & land package solutions aligned with client budgets and goals.
• Working closely with builders and land agents to secure stock and exclusive opportunities.
• Partnering with our finance team to secure optimal loan structures.
• Managing your sales pipeline and delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking someone with proven experience in house & land sales or new build property transactions.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Demonstrated success in house & land packages, land sales, project marketing, or new home builds.
• A strong understanding of build contracts, variations, land registration timelines, and builder processes.
• A proven sales track record in real estate, property investment, finance, or related fields.
• High proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
• A results-driven, performance-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple active clients at different build stages.
• A genuine passion for helping first home buyers make confident, informed decisions.
