Electrician – Oil & Gas – Remote

Throughout regional Australia, Wild Desert remains one of the leading providers of well servicing rigs, transport operations and mobile camps to the oil and gas industry. We have the exciting opportunity for experienced Field Electricians to join our team on a 2/2 roster.

Our Electricians are responsible for ensuring continued operations and maintenance of the various electrical installations and the electrical equipment across our rigs and camps. This role will include tasks such as repairing electrical equipment, AC installation and maintenance, installation and repairs of lighting systems and basic plumbing maintenance.

Current Positions

• Moomba SA – FIFO from Adelaide or Brisbane
• Roma QLD – DIDO

Accommodation and meals are provided by our camps.

About you

• Trade Qualified Electrician
• Manual Drivers Licence – LR
• Current Electrical Licence – QLD or SA

Preferred

• Refrigeration and handling ARC License
• Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas training – EEHA
• IVMS experience
