Diploma Educator- Glenroy (Casual)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casual Diploma Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. The Diploma Educator will work collaboratively with other educators to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child
• Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the smooth running of the service
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development
• Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
