About the opportunity:
As a Certificate III or Diploma Educator, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping young learners’ educational journeys. Drawing from the Early Years Learning Framework, you’ll design engaging programs that foster holistic development, while meticulously documenting milestones in unique portfolios. Your open communication style will build strong connections with staff, children, and families, enriching their experience. Thriving within our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to a harmonious workplace where policies seamlessly align.
About you:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check.
