Your contribution to the team includes
This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all key stakeholders of the club and assisting in delivering smooth operations of the merchandise department including on site in store, online and on match days and events. It will also include system backend support, reporting and administration of retail software and platforms for eCommerce and daily operations.
Retail Operations – On Site
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Lead retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Handle financial reporting and customer transactions.
Retail Operations – Game Days & Events
- Lead packing, setup, inventory, and operations of retail outlets at matches and events.
- Lead retail staff to ensure excellent customer service for fans and members.
- Manage financial reporting and merchandising for event days.
Retail operations – E-Commerce
- Assist Retail & eCommerce Lead with operation of Bulldogs Shop eCommerce site.
- Support online store operations including order fulfilment, stock management, promotions, customer service, returns, and auction logistics.
Skills and experience
- Desirable to have had previous experience in retail operations role
- Desirable to have had experience in leadership & coordination role
- Desirable to have completed formal tertiary qualifications in retail operations
- Drivers license & access to a vehicle
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms – BigCommerce, Lightspeed X-Series, eStore Logistics or similar
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with visual merchandising and display
