West-Trans Equipment is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead operations at our Perth branch. This role oversees a team delivering service, repairs, and installations of heavy vehicle equipment, including:

• Hammar side loaders (service and repair only)

• HMF truck-mounted cranes (service, repair, and installation)

• West-Trans skip loaders and hook lifts (service, repair, and installation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and installations

• Lead and support a team of technicians and admin staff

• Ensure high-quality service output and safety compliance

• Drive branch growth and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with national sales, service, and technical teams

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in heavy equipment or truck body servicing

• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Strong mechanical understanding of truck-mounted systems

• Great people leadership and communication skills

• Sound business, WH&S, and quality control knowledge
