As a Site Manager you will oversee all on site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
A Site Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience
A positive and motivated individual, who leads by example
Able to maintain and develop effective working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
Committed to safety, with strong leadership skills to ensure targets are safely achieved
A strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment
Some of your daily duties will include:
Oversee daily site operations and work progress
Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor quality of work and materials
Plan and track schedules and resources
Report on progress, problem solving and resolving on-site issues
