• Provide Reception and front of house duties:

o Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

o Handle all deliveries, incoming and outgoing, ensuring prompt notification and distribution.

o Greet and attend to guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner, offering beverages where appropriate.

o Advise West to West employees of guest arrivals efficiently.

o Ensure all meeting rooms are clean, presentable and in working order before and after use.

o Handle confidential information in-line with West to West Group standards
