Community Care Worker

The Role

We are seeking caring, reliable, friendly, competent and passionate Community Care Workers full time or part time. We have positions available in Cleve.

Role Duties

• Personal care – showering, toileting and grooming both male and female clients.
• Domestic assistance – housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and serving.
• Medication prompting and assistance.
• Transport – appointments, shopping and social outings.
• Respite – being with clients to give carers a break.
• Social support – assisting clients to access community.

About You

The successful applicants will benefit from having:

• Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experience in working in a home care environment.
• Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.
• Certificate III qualification in Individual Support, ageing and/or disability.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Willingness to gain an SA NDIS Worker Check.
• Current driver’s license.
