The Role
The CA Leader is a leadership and hands-on position. This person will work some shifts directly as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) supporting our chiropractors and patients, and other shifts focused on leading, mentoring, and supporting our CA team.
Regardless of shift type, this role is paid at the CA Leader rate, reflecting the leadership responsibility is always carried.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience leading teams—or is ready to step confidently into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Chiropractic Assistant (CA) team
- Help foster a positive, high-energy, and accountable team culture
- Assist with conflict resolution and team communication
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, enthusiasm, and patient care
Work scheduled shifts as a Chiropractic Assistant, including:
- Supporting chiropractors during patient visits
- Delivering excellent front-desk and patient experience
- Ensuring smooth daily clinic operations
- Collaborate with management to improve systems, workflows, and team performance
- Support onboarding and training of new CAs
Who We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE minimum 1+ years’ experience in managing or leading teams
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership presence
- Passion for helping people and building strong teams
- Comfortable addressing challenges and resolving conflict with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Chiropractic experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership
