About the role
This role sits at the intersection of people, process and technology. You’ll work closely with teams on site to understand how work really gets done, remove day‑to‑day friction, and help new systems land well in practice.
The role blends business analysis with access administration, user enablement and hands‑on troubleshooting. It’s well‑suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, improving how systems are used, and supporting people through change.
Why this role matters
You’ll be the person who turns technology from a set of tools into a capability the business can genuinely rely on. Your work will shape new workflows, improve system adoption, and ensure the fundamentals are rock‑solid — access, permissions, and consistent ways of working across teams.
What you’ll be doing
Business analysis and solution shaping
- Learn new systems quickly and translate features into practical, real-world workflows
- Run discovery with users, map current processes, identify gaps and document requirements clearly
- Document software gaps and propose solution options in enough detail to support external development partners
- Create clear artefacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and implementation notes
Testing, rollout and support change
- Assist with testing and verification of newly developed or newly configured systems
- Coordinate user testing (UAT), capture defects and confirm fixes against agreed acceptance criteria
- Support system releases with checklists, lightweight training materials and practical change communications
- Build and maintain clear how-to documentation so improvements stick
On-site enablement and day-to-day support
- Spend time on site to understand technology pain points and recommend practical fixes
- Triage issues, resolve what you can quickly, and escalate effectively when deeper technical support is needed
- Look for patterns in support issues and turn recurring problems into sustainable improvements

- A practical troubleshooting mindset and a calm, structured approach to support and triage
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint information architecture, permissions and reporting
- Familiarity with light delivery practices (user stories, backlog hygiene, basic release planning)
- Exposure to Power Platform, automation or basic data reporting
- Experience working with external development partners
- Experience with Executive Software’s EAP Cloud Platform
