Accommodation Cleaning Supervisor (Casual, 20-25 hrs/week)

Sawtell Hotel seeks an experienced Accommodation Cleaning Supervisor following recent staff changes. Lead our housekeeping team for 20+ motel rooms at this coastal gem (51-55 First Ave, Sawtell NSW 2452 and 85 on First Apartments). Casual role, 20-25 hours/week + super.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 4-6 casual cleaners: roster, train, quality-check deep cleans, room turnovers, and linen ops to hotel standards.
• Enforce accountability for high standards; handle guest housekeeping issues and stock (supplies, amenities).
• Coordinate with front desk for check-ins/outs; support peaks (weekends, holidays). Flexible hours including some evenings/weekends.

Essential Requirements

• Proven ability to motivate teams and uphold strict cleaning standards.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks; reliable transport (Sawtell location)
• Full Australian work rights.
