The opportunity
As we continue growing, We’re looking for a warm, inspiring, values-aligned leader who genuinely believes that children, families, and educators come first.
You’ll be well-supported from day one:
- An experienced Educational Leader (non-contact) to support pedagogy and compliance
- A dedicated Administration Assistant (non-contact) to handle centre admin
- A caring, accessible Operations Manager and Assistant Provider who lead collaboratively — no layers of hierarchy, no red tape
This structure is intentional. It frees you to focus on what matters: leadership, mentoring, relationships, and professional growth.

- Salary from $88,000 per year + salary packaging(inc WRP)

About you
You are a qualified, experienced Centre Manager (or Deputy ready to step up) who:
- Holds an approved Early Childhood qualification (Diploma minimum; Bachelor preferred)
- Has demonstrated leadership experience in a long day care setting
- Leads through relationships, trust, and genuine care — not checklists
- Has a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Is committed to embedding the 11 Child Safe Standards into everyday practice
- Values quality over shortcuts and people over process
