Graduate Design & Remedial Assistant

This is an entry-level / graduate role designed to support our consultants while building strong technical and commercial foundations in remedial waterproofing and compliance. You will assist with design documentation, specifications, system administration, and customer communication, with structured training and mentoring provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and organisation

• Genuine interest in construction, remedial works, or building compliance

• Willingness to learn technical standards and software systems Desirable (but not essential):

• Graduate or final-year student in construction, engineering, building, or architecture

• Exposure to Bluebeam, CAD, or technical documentation

• Construction or site experience
