The Role
This is a key support role where no two days are the same! You’ll be the go-to person for client inquiries and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling various administrative tasks with precision and care. From scheduling bookings and handling accounts, to assisting with admin tasks and working across teams, your attention to detail and can-do attitude will make a big impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
- Coordinate and schedule waste collection bookings
- Confirm collection runs and liaise with drivers
- Prepare and process customer service agreements
- Assist with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
- Keep our records accurate with timely data entry
- Provide admin support to internal teams
- Enter bookings and data into company systems
About You

- Experience with transport operations and administration
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based systems.
- Experience with Sage or CRM systems is a bonus (but not essential)
- Have a drivers licence and reliable transport
- Able to pass a medical and regular random Drug & Alcohol testing
