The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a reliable HR Rear Lift Truck Driver to join our team based in Virginia, servicing Brisbane’s northern corridor.
This role involves commercial and industrial cardboard collections only — no residential work — providing consistent, efficient routes and strong customer interaction.
This is a 2:00am start role, ideal for someone who prefers to get in early, finish early and avoid peak traffic.
About you
You’re a dependable, safety-focused driver who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.
You will have:
- A current HR driver’s licence
- Proven experience operating a rear lift truck (preferred)
- Experience in the waste or recycling industry (highly regarded)
- A strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A solid work history with reliable references
- A clean driving record (traffic history required)
- The ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol testing + regular random testing
