The Role

We’re now on the hunt for a driven Area Sales Representative to help grow our presence across the Greater Sydney region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of securing new business. You’ll be supported by a passionate team and report directly to the General Manager as you work to grow our client base and sales revenue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities across retail, commercial and industrial sectors
  • Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and introduce Wanless services
  • Participating in door-to-door campaigns to build relationships with local businesses
  • Supporting the team with CRM data entry, sales pipeline management and client record maintenance
  • Attending client meetings and industry events to learn best practices in sales and relationship management
  • Assisting with the preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Gathering competitor and market intelligence to support strategic planning
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand how tailored customer solutions are developed
  • Learning how to communicate the value of our services with clarity and professionalism

About You

You might already be in a B2B sales role or perhaps a tradesperson ready for a fresh challenge. Either way, we want someone highly motivated, self-driven and ready to roll up their sleeves to achieve real results. We value personality, drive and determination over industry experience – if you’ve got the attitude, we’ll support your success.

You’ll bring:

  • Sales experience or a background in trade with a desire to move into sales
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confidence in cold calling, appointment setting and closing deals
  • Tenacity, resilience and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A natural ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Have a drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Able to pass a medical and regular random Drug & Alcohol testing
