WA Health Group is seeking a Clinical Lead Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team and lead the development of podiatry services across our established clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced podiatrist who wants to shape a service, mentor clinicians, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

The Clinical Lead Podiatrist will initially be based at our Canning Vale clinic, with the opportunity to expand podiatry services across our Burswood and Murdoch clinics as the service grows. This role combines clinical excellence with leadership, supporting podiatry development within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality podiatry care across a diverse caseload • Lead the development and growth of podiatry services within WA Health Group • Mentor and support new podiatrists as the team expands • Collaborate closely with allied health professionals to provide care • Develop clinical pathways for lower limb conditions • Build referral relationships with local GPs and specialists • Support the growth of biomechanics, orthotics, and lower limb injury management services Clinical Interests We Value We welcome podiatrists with experience or interest in: • Biomechanics and orthotic therapy • Sports and lower limb injuries • Chronic disease management • Nail surgery • Multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care

Requirements • AHPRA registered podiatrist • Private practice experience preferred • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills • Interest in leadership and service development Location
