About the role

The Service Technician & Warehouse Storeperson is responsible for supporting the customer journey by providing high quality servicing and repair of our customer’s Thermomix products, Dispatching, and assisting with day-to-day operations across the Service Centre and Warehouse.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have previous experience in a repetitive manufacturing, assembly, production or service environment together with mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• Have Service technician experience within the high-end domestic appliance industry
• Have a Warehousing with Forklift Licence
• Demonstrate a positive, cooperative attitude and a desire to learn and continuously improve
• Are able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong ethics and reliability
• Have sound verbal and written communication
• Can safely handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 15kg and standing on feet for sustained periods
• Are excellent and efficient in time management to meet work deadlines, KPI’s and quality standards
• Have experience operating hand and battery tools to assemble electrical/mechanical components and products
