Site Manager – Brisbane, QLD
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day cleaning operations at a single key contract site
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery meets expectations
- Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain high performance and compliance
- Manage rosters, work orders, and operational issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and WHS compliance
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and procedures
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and safety initiatives
- Ensure all staff comply with safety protocols and site access requirements
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a site supervisor or site manager role, preferably within commercial cleaning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients
- Due to site access requirements, this role is only open to Australian Citizens
