Vitalis is a Queensland-based Master Systems Integrator
delivering end-to-end ICT solutions for some of Australia’s most important
institutions. We are growing and looking for a driven Project Manager to join
our team and make a real impact on projects that matter.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of
ICT projects across the full delivery lifecycle — from audit and design through
to implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover. You will work across a
diverse portfolio of projects including new hospital builds, campus network
upgrades, systems integration programs, and managed services engagements,
coordinating multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders in complex construction
and operational environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate ICT project delivery across multiple
concurrent workstreams
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels including
clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers,
change management logs, and status reporting
Ensure compliance with client governance frameworks, HSE
requirements, and quality standards
Drive project outcomes
Contribute to pre-sales and proposal activities where
required
What You’ll Bring
5+ years experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure
or systems integration projects
Proven experience in construction or new build
environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, unified
communications, and/or facility systems
Experience with formal project management methodologies
(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment
Experience with government or healthcare clients is
advantageous
