Description

Vital Chemical is a recognised leader in sustainable environmental solutions, with expertise in erosion control, dust suppression, revegetation, and water treatment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and hard-working individual to join our growing team. Working closely in an existing Business Development team, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts across the dust, erosion control and revegetation portfolios.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to incoming enquiries from new or existing clients through the CRM software.
  • Provide quotations and specialist advice to clients on products and services.
  • Maintain an accurate client database in the CRM system and update as required.
  • Follow up previous quoted clients.
  • Assist with preparation and completion of case studies.
  • Completion of all necessary administration tasks including weekly/fortnightly Business Activity Plans, Quote Specification Requests, travel applications, credit card receipts and collation, and annual business plans.
  • Represent Vital Chemical at networking events, conferences, tradeshows and other industry events.

About You

  • Previous Account Manager experience (similar industry would be advantageous).
  • Driver’s licence.
  • White card – construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, computer skills and CRM software.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly interstate.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, police check, clean driving history record.
  • Permanent work rights are required.
