A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Infinity Capital Solutions division; the investments arm of Viridian Financial Group.
This is a full-time role for a 12-month maternity leave cover.

The Team – Infinity Capital Solutions
Infinity Capital Solutions (ICS) is the solutions arm of VFGL and is committed to designing, building, and delivering institutional-grade investment solutions and digital tools that help our clients achieve their desired outcomes. It is made up of Infinity Portfolio Management (IPM), Infinity Asset Management (IAM) and Infinity Digital.
Managing over $5bn in assets, with an award-winning team of 40 holding a relentless focus on delivering outcomes for advisers and clients, through transparency, unprecedented levels of access to investment expertise and a commitment to partnership with those it works with.
Key Responsibilities
The role’s key responsibility is to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of the ICS business unit, which include the following:
- Oversee the establishment and improvement of operational processes, including optimising existing operational efficiencies.
- Oversee the implementation and upgrades of operational systems.
- Coordinate and manage platform defects until completion.
- Ensure data accuracy in MAIA, SMA data, IPM reports and IPM tax packs.
- Supervision and training of administrative team members.
- Manage operational checklist and ensure completion.
- Manage queries from other business units within Viridian around reporting.
- Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with best practice.
- Manage the relationship with external third party providers, such as platforms, trading and cash solution providers. Including team and client access, authorisation, and suitability.
- Build relationships with internal teams such as advisers, client service managers, compliance and IT teams.
- Identify opportunities for operational process improvements.
- Participate and assist in the production of annual tax packs and audits.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree qualification, ideally within Commerce or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in a similar role within financial services, particularly wealth management.
- Demonstrated success in business improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving and leading operational change within business units.
- High level of competence in large data sets with accuracy in Excel.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Sound knowledge of finance and well-abled to manage business’ financial budgets.
- Excellent communication skills for directing, leading, and guiding subordinate staff.
