About the Role
The successful candidate will have a rare opportunity to be exposed to complex cases while being aligned to an experienced Senior Advisor supporting high net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
The role will provide technical administrative and compliance support:
- Being a main contact for clients, attending client meetings with Senior Advisor.
- Completion of file notes and action items from client meetings.
- Support strategy development, research preparation of quality advice, utilizing Xplan.
- Liaise with internal teams and external institutions to carry out research, modelling, and calculations, to support the preparation of financial advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with Senior Advisor and fellow Client Services Managers to ensure quality client outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
We are after a self-motivated person interested in making human connections, the ideal
candidate will enjoy working both independently and within a team, in addition you will have:
- Minimum 2-year experience as an Associate (non-Authorised Representative), Paraplanner or Client Services Manager.
- Relevant Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or on a pathway via FASEA, SMSF accreditation is highly desirable (but not essential).
- Excellent time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal), with demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work in teams or independently.
