Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to architects and other professionals in the design and construction of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with drafting and design software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop building plans and designs
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
• Work with contractors and other professionals to resolve any technical issues that arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of all design and construction activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in drafting and design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
