Responsibilities
- Bring the Fun: Help create an engaging and high-quality educational experience for everyone!
- Create Adventures: Help design age-appropriate programs that ignite creativity and growth!
- Stay Compliant: Keep us up to speed with regulations while keeping the vibe joyful.
- Build Connections: Foster strong relationships with families and celebrate each child’s journey!
- Grow Together: Participate in professional development and help your team shine!
Qualifications
- Certification III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Working towards Diploma qualification.
- Working with Children Check.
- A sprinkle of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development!
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Flexible availability required between 6:30am–6:30pm – Monday to Friday
