About you and what you will need:
- A passion for quality code, accessibility, and maintainability, as well as excellent communication skills.
Server-side:
- Strong Core Java 11+ in a jUnit testing context
- jUnit, Mockito, wiremock, TDD & BDD
- Spring Core/Web/Boot/Security
- REST & Microservices
- Strong knowledge of tooling & techniques like maven, git, refactoring, patterns
- DevOps automation & UNIX (Not necessary but desirable)
Front-end Side:
- Understanding of JavaScript and experience in working with SPAs and defining and building REST Services
Soft Skills:
- Mentorship and Coaching: Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Solution-Focused Mindset: Proactively identify and provide effective solutions to complex technical challenges, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What you will be doing:
- Developing & designing solutions using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices etc.
- Writing clean and testable code in Java
- Build reusable code and libraries and keep code clean
- Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
- Sharing and building knowledge within the team and ensuring the team deliver success
