ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fortitude Valley studio. This role requires someone who can lead with clarity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards across people, performance, and operations.
The Studio Manager plays a key role in ensuring the studio runs smoothly, the team is supported and accountable, and targets are consistently met and exceeded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff development and performance management
- Ensuring exceptional client experience and customer service
- Maintaining an immaculate, professional studio environment
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Financial and administrative accountability
- Clear communication and coordination across teams
- Attending and facilitating Manager Meetings
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES
- 3–5 years experience in a management role (creative, retail, hospitality, or production environments welcome)
- Strong leadership presence with empathy, confidence, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisation and time management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve under pressure
- Ability to work independently while leading a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when required
