The Role

We invite an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to lead the vision, performance, and guest experience across the distinguished food and beverage portfolio of State Buildings and COMO The Treasury.

This senior leadership role oversees an ensemble of acclaimed restaurants, bars, lounges, and event spaces. You will steward a culture of excellence—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of sophistication, service artistry, operational mastery, and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the strategic direction for all Food & Beverage operations
  • Cultivate a refined, memorable, and consistently elevated guest experience
  • Lead financial performance across all venues, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance
  • Ensure seamless daily operations with an unwavering attention to detail
  • Foster trusted relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal partners,
  • Champion innovation through emerging luxury hospitality trends and new concepts,
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals,
  • Oversee the flawless execution of events, private dining, and bespoke experiences,
  • Uphold rigorous standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
