About the Role

We are seeking two Commis Chefs to join our team:

  • One position specialising in Breakfast Service
  • One position specialising in the Larder Section

As a Commis Chef at Post, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our modern Italian style. These roles are suited to chefs who are passionate about produce, eager to learn, and confident working in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across designated sections.
  • Preparing dishes using local and seasonal ingredients on a constantly evolving menu.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Following recipes, techniques, and procedures as directed by senior chefs.
  • Demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a commitment to team culture.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidates will have:

  • A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery.
  • Proven experience in either breakfast service or larder (depending on the position applied for).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality food.
  • The ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
  • Full availability, including weekends.
