Our team is expanding! We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Corporate team to manage the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis function of the business. The role is fully remote and is a unique opportunity to proactively develop the existing FP&A function, including looking at process improvements and system/software upgrades, as well as expanding the team as capacity demands.
You will be responsible for:

Driving Executive Insight: Play a critical role in supporting the monthly Board pack with high-impact analytical inputs and strategic commentary, providing the data-driven foresight essential for executive decision-making.

Pioneering Financial Strategy: Own and manage the entire financial lifecycle, from the end-to-end annual budgeting process and dynamic regular forecasting, to maintaining and evolving the comprehensive three-way financial model.

Modernizing the FP&A Function: Be the champion for efficiency and best practice by overseeing FP&A governance, developing future-focused policies and training, and leading the implementation and rollout of new, state-of-the-art FP&A software tools.

Strategic Fiscal Partnership: Work closely with the CFO and FC, directly assisting with high-level strategic financial tasks and essential cash/treasury management that supports the company’s ambitious growth agenda
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:
- Bachelor degree in commerce and/or accounting
- CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Existing FP&A Lead or 2IC with 10+ years experience supporting an Australian or prominent International business
- Proven experience managing offshore teams and building relationships with stakeholders across a business
- Deep experience and strong skillset with respect to budgeting, forecasting and analytics, including advanced financial modelling skills
- Experience/comfortable working in a fast moving start-up / scale-up environment
