- You run open home inspections with confidence — creating a welcoming experience that leaves applicants impressed.
- You process tenancy applications efficiently — completing checks accurately and helping the best applicants move forward with zero delays.
- You prepare ingoing and outgoing condition reports with strong attention to detail — nothing gets missed, and your reports make life easier for the whole team.
- You stay on top of lease preparation, admin tasks, and reporting — keeping everything organised, accurate, and stress-free.
- You provide consistent, reliable support to the Property Management team — jumping in where needed and helping the workflow run smoothly.
- You handle travelling between properties like a pro — managing your schedule, staying punctual, and enjoying the variety in your day.
💼 You’ll Bring
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car + valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- A genuine interest in real estate and helping people
- Bonus: Experience in a similar role (great, but not essential — we’re all about potential!)
