Urban Real Estate is on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our highly successful Business Development Manager in growing our Property Management division.

About the Role

As the Business Development Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the BDM to generate and nurture new business opportunities. You’ll assist in managing leads, preparing marketing materials, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and prospects alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new lead generation, sending emails, entering data into AgentBox, and following up on calls and emails
  • Support the BDM with general administration including preparing information packs, typing appraisals, and designing new DLs
  • Conduct research on properties and assist with DL drops for available listings
  • Take photos of properties and assist with marketing materials as required
  • Provide support with defect inspections and PCI processes
  • Liaise with the sales team each week to gather new leads from weekend activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all client interactions are professional and timely

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Able to work well in a team environment and support multiple priorities
