About the Role
As the Business Development Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the BDM to generate and nurture new business opportunities. You’ll assist in managing leads, preparing marketing materials, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and prospects alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new lead generation, sending emails, entering data into AgentBox, and following up on calls and emails
- Support the BDM with general administration including preparing information packs, typing appraisals, and designing new DLs
- Conduct research on properties and assist with DL drops for available listings
- Take photos of properties and assist with marketing materials as required
- Provide support with defect inspections and PCI processes
- Liaise with the sales team each week to gather new leads from weekend activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all client interactions are professional and timely
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Able to work well in a team environment and support multiple priorities
