Landscape Foreman / Site Supervisor

Urban Grounds & Gardens is a leading Sydney-based landscaping company delivering high-quality commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our construction team.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to a trade-qualified landscaper who takes price in running well-organised sites and leading high-performing crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction projects from start to completion
• Lead and manage site crews and apprentices
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to specification
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and site presentation
• Liaise with management, clients, and project stakeholders
• Mentor team members and promote a positive site culture

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification in Landscaping or a related field
• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Excavator and/or Skid Steer tickets (advantageous but not essential)
• Commercial landscaping experience highly regarded
