About the role

As an integral part of our team, you will support and guide Educators to achieve quality outcomes for children through the development of play-based programs that meet individual needs. Your role includes monitoring and reviewing standards of care to ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, In Home Care National Guidelines, and state legislation.

You will assess Educator suitability throughout the registration process, ensuring “fit and proper” status is achieved and maintained. You will provide guidance, support, and access to resources that enhance the capacity of Educators to deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive care—including for children with additional needs.

You will also liaise with families and the community, contribute to the design and delivery of professional development, and participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of Educators. Through your work, you will champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement in early childhood services.

**This role is a work from home role, but must be based in Port Hedland**

About you

You are a passionate and dedicated early childhood professional with a strong understanding of quality care practices and compliance within the National Quality Framework. You hold a Diploma of Children’s Services (or equivalent), with experience in early childhood service delivery and administrative responsibilities such as reporting and data management. You are confident in applying child protection and state Early Years legislation and have experience or knowledge of Family Day Care environments.

You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy building positive relationships with families and community networks, and are a collaborative team player. You demonstrate sound judgement, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to supporting educators to deliver inclusive, high-quality care that reflects best practice. You hold current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate (Education and Care), National Police Clearance, and a WA Driver’s Licence, and are eligible to work in Australia.
