Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our team and ensure a clean and organized environment across all departments. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance in our facility. This position requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring a hygienic environment for staff and visitors.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a proper manner.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning schedule.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to housekeeping requests from staff and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
