We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Queensland delivery team, helping
bring high-quality commercial fitout projects to life across the Gold Coast region.
You’ll lead the day-to-day execution of works on site, coordinating trades, materials and
sequencing to keep projects running safely, efficiently and in line with
programme
About the role:
You’ll maintain strong site discipline, ensure workmanship meets the highest standard, and create a well-run environment where trades can perform at their best.
The first project will involve delivering a rooftop bar build incorporating structural works, steel installation and crane management, requiring a Site Manager comfortable delivering both construction and fitout elements.
Based within our Brisbane team, this role will primarily deliver projects across the Gold
Coast, with occasional travel required for Brisbane projects when needed.

Your experience:
- 5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects
- Experience across workplace, retail, hospitality or health sectors
- A trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing
- Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards
- First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory)
- White Card (Mandatory)
- Valid driver’s licence (Mandatory)
