We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of some of our bigger, more complex fitout projects – the ones that need strong leadership, clear thinking and someone who knows how to get it done.
This is a key role in our Delivery team, owning projects end-to-end while guiding and lifting the capability of the team around you.
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the on-field captain – keeping projects on track, making sound decisions under pressure, and driving strong commercial and delivery outcomes.
You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery, working closely with your delivery team (CA/PC, Site Manager) and key stakeholders to keep projects aligned and performing.
You’ll also play a key role in the overall client experience, making sure projects are run in a way that keeps clients informed, supported and confident throughout delivery.
What you will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of complex or higher-value fitout projects from planning through to completion
- Managing programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure strong project outcomes
- Driving commercial performance, including forecasts, variations and cost control
- Providing day-to-day guidance to CAs, PCs and Site Managers
- Identifying and managing risks early, before they impact delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, compliance and reporting

- Projects are achieving UROC (our operational excellence program) status

Your experience
- Significant experience delivering hospitality, large format retail, health and wellness fitout projects end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams across delivery
- Strong understanding of commercial, contractual and delivery risk
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation
- Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management (preferred)
- Driver’s licence (Mandatory)
