What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing tenders end-to-end – from kick-off through to submission
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and documentation to fully understand scope
- Preparing detailed take-offs and cost plans across all trade packages
- Building and managing strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Issuing and assessing tender packages, including scopes, clarifications and exclusions
- Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities within tender documentation
- Collaborating with preconstruction, design and delivery teams to ensure buildability
- Preparing clear, detailed and competitive tender submissions
- Supporting post-tender negotiations, clarifications and project handover
- Contributing to continuous improvement in how we estimate and win work

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator (ideally in fit-out or commercial projects)
- Experience pricing projects from $1M +
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and cost drivers
- Experience using tools like CostX, Bluebeam or similar
- A sharp eye for detail with the ability to spot risks others miss
- Strong communication skills – you can hold your own with trades, clients and internal teams
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told, you drive things forward
