About the Role:
- Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne
- Conduct damage assessments and deliver cleaning, restoration and repair activities
- Manage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform.
- Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.
- Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
About You:
- Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc.
- Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential
- Are aware of demolition and construction principles
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Are physically fit
- Have computer acumen and are comfortable using technology.

- Current National Police
- Working with Children Check
