Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service
Managing check-ins and check-outs
Handling bookings and cancellations
Responding to guest enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with guest requests and resolving issues
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Supporting the General Manager in administration tasks
About you
Friendly, well-presented, and professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and remain cool, calm and collected
Qualifications:
Previous front desk reception experience is essential
Property Management System (PMS) – Ideally Resly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Share Point
