At Your Reformer, we don’t just sell products – we help people move better. Our ecommerce sales team plays a vital role in guiding customers toward the right reformer, accessory, or solution through expert advice and genuine connection.

 

Role Purpose

The Sales Executive – Ecommerce works directly within the ecommerce channel to drive sales through customer communication, product education, and campaign support. This role turns questions into confident purchases and builds long-term relationships within the Pilates community.

This role is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in a hybrid arrangement out of our Mornington HQ to run showroom appointments and work with the wider team! Standard working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with Tuesday and Wednesday shifts operating from 1:00pm – 9:00pm as work-from-home days.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue generation across ecommerce by proactively engaging customers via live chat, email, and social platforms, driving both product and Pilates education sales through consultative, high-touch interactions.
  • Serve as a trusted product and education specialist, delivering expert guidance on reformers, accessories, and programming to elevate customer outcomes and reinforce the brand’s authority in Pilates education.
  • Act as a key contributor to ecommerce growth initiatives, supporting and optimising campaign performance, new product launches, and education promotions through customer-led insights and proactive selling strategies.
  • Consistently convert high-intent enquiries into premium purchases, balancing strong commercial outcomes with an elevated, personalised brand experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
  • Translate customer conversations into strategic insight, identifying trends, objections, and opportunities to inform improvements across ecommerce, product development, and Pilates education offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion pathways, and strengthen the integration of equipment and education within the customer journey.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales, ecommerce, or customer-facing retail roles
  • Strong interest in Pilates, movement, or wellness (industry experience highly regarded)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys education-led selling
  • Results-driven with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
