About the role 

We’re searching for a highly organised People and Safety Coordinator to support our passionate team.  

This role supports the smooth running of our People & Safety function, with a strong focus on both HR and OHS coordination while improving processes that make work easier for our people.

 

You’ll be the first point of contact for people-related queries and the backbone of our HR and safety systems. If you enjoy structure, planning, problem-solving and helping people navigate processes, this could be just what you’re looking for!

What’s on offer 

The role offers an annual base salary range of $80,285 to $87,168, plus 12% super. The salary offered will be aligned with the candidates level of experience.  

This is a fulltime ongoing position, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking parttime or flexible work arrangements. The role operates in a hybrid model, with a blend of work from home and facetoface days based at our Melbourne CBD office. 

The role involves some travel to our regional office locations in Victoria and therefor a drivers licence is required.  

About you 

You are someone who excels at organisation, systems and follow-through, and who has practical HR and OHS knowledge. You’ll bring; 

  • Prior experience in a HR/and or OHS coordination or operations role 

  • Working knowledge of OHS obligations and processes is key  

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cycles and deadlines 

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication  

  • Sound judgement and ability to apply established HR and OHS frameworks  

  • A relevant qualification in HR or OHS is desirable, but equivalent experience is welcome. 

 

This role is ideal for someone with OHS experience who is keen to broaden into HR or who enjoys the variety of a blended role.
