The opportunity

Join a dynamic and growing team as New Home Sales Consultant, responsible for providing expert advice to clients with choosing, customising and purchasing new homes.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll guide them through the home-buying process, from initial enquiry to contract signage while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building rapport to develop trusted relationships with clients to generate and nurture leads.
  • Conducting consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and design preferences.
  • Presenting floor plans, inclusions and design options with confidence and professionalism.
  • Preparing quotations, explaining inclusions, and facilitating the pre-contract process.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver client expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience, preferably in residential, construction, real estate or similar.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, well-presented and confident working autonomously.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
